I did the real estate photography for this house in South County Dublin and it couldn’t be more different to the house in the previous post. The inside is finished to a really high level which makes interior photography fairly straightforward. Balancing the interior lighting with the daylight coming through the windows to give an airy feel to the house was the challenge. There are some dark and moody interiors here as well as highly reflective surfaces which means I had to be careful with reflections from the lights, while using plenty of power to bring up exposure on some of the surfaces, especially in the master bedroom. I used 2 Bowens lights and an off-camera flashgun to subtly enhance some areas which would otherwise be in shadow.
